Most of the available properties at our agency are located on the Spanish side of the Central Pyrenees,
near the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, an area declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO.
The increasing demand and consequently the increased value of this region remains constant for various reasons:
improved communications, its appeal to tourists, development of urban services in the main population centres, demand for second homes, tranquil and easily accessible nature reserves and large parks, the possibilities of working from home provided by new technology, ... etc.
The Trans-Pyrenean N-260 runs parallel to the Pyrenees. With some sections already improved and others under construction or with improvement planned, it is a major expressway that is bringing Aragon closer to Catalonia and the Basque Country. Perpendicular to this route the international roads to France via Canfranc and Somport to the west and Viella to the east, delimit our area.
At its centre the A-138 to France, via Bielsa and Saint Lary, intersects the Trans-Pyrenean route in Ainsa, joint capital of the territory with Boltaña, both experiencing increasing development of trade and services.
